Contract Flooring & Interiors ("CF&I," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through cfandi.com and our advertising, and how we use it.

When you submit a consultation request or contact form on our website, or respond to one of our LinkedIn ads, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Company name

  • Any additional details you choose to share about your project

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are directed at businesses, not consumers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential project

  • Schedule consultations

  • Send occasional updates about CF&I's services, if you've opted in

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, for any purpose.

How We Store and Share Information

Information submitted through our website is processed by Squarespace, our website platform. Information submitted through a LinkedIn advertisement is initially collected and stored by LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own privacy policy, and is then retrieved by CF&I for follow-up.

Once in our possession, your information may be stored in our internal contact-management system, and, if you become a client, may also be used in Jengai, our project estimation software. If you've opted in to receive updates from us, your email may be used through Campaign Monitor, our email service provider.

We take reasonable steps to protect the security of your information and do not share it with any party outside the tools listed above.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your contact information for as long as there's an active or potential business relationship. If you ask us not to contact you again, we honor that request permanently and remove you from future outreach — we do not recontact you afterward. If you become a client, your information is retained as part of our normal business and project records.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete your information (unless we're required to keep it for an active project or legal reason)

  • Stop contacting you
