Tom Stacy

Tom is the Founder and President of Contract Flooring & Interiors, Inc and has been involved in the floor covering industry since 1985. He specializes in all aspects of business operations and commercial flooring sales.

Tom can often be found mentoring the staff through installation challenges or diving in to a project estimate. He takes a collaborative “long-haul” approach to business development and is always his customer’s advocate.

When not at the office Tom enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Brian Dunahugh

Brian entered the flooring business immediately after graduating from the University of Oregon. With over two decades of industry experience Brian finds innovative ways to offer the best flooring options for his specific customer needs and budget. His detailed and consultative approach spans design development through project completion. Much of Brian’s career has been focused on National Account projects so leveraging strong vendor relationships and volume purchasing has been a cornerstone of his success.

When not working Brian can be found with his family skiing on Mount Hood, sneaking in a round of golf, mountain biking in Forest Park or watching his kids compete in a myriad of sports.

Shannon Fallacaro

Director of Specialty Surfaces & Commercial Floorcare

Shannon entered the flooring industry nearly 40 years ago, beginning in the residential sector working alongside custom home builders and their clients. She transitioned to commercial flooring in the early 2000s and went on to run a successful commercial floor care division in Portland for over 23 years, specializing in polished concrete and epoxy coatings.

Her deep industry knowledge and consultative approach allow her to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific needs, performance requirements, and budget. Shannon’s commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry was strengthened by her role on the advisory board of a national floor care group, where she helped introduce the latest chemistries and equipment to advance standards across the profession.

When not working, Shannon can be found spending time with her 16-year-old son an avid fisherman, and their 9-month-old Labrador, Liam. She enjoys visiting her family and friends in Southern California and the desert community of La Quinta.

Mike Waleke

Controller

 Mike brings a creativity and energy to problem solving and loves increasing a company’s efficiency.  He is an experienced controller in both the Flooring and Manufacturing fields.  He moved to the Portland area, from Houston  in 2015 after falling in love with the city and its cooler weather. 

When not crunching numbers and building beautiful spread sheets Mike enjoys playing hobby board games and walking around the city with his wife, son, and of course the dog.

 

Andréa Stacy

Director of Operations

Andréa was born in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and made her way to the PNW about 15 years ago. She has a BS in Aquatic Biology from the University of WI-Superior and a BS in Histology from Northern Michigan University. Although new to the flooring business she brings over a decade of experience in management and workflow operations.  Andréa enjoys finding creative solutions to problems and is constantly looking for ways to do things more efficiently.

Outside of work, She enjoys going on motorcycle rides with her husband, riding side x sides, playing with her dogs, tending to her chickens, and crafting.

Brad Dunahugh

Director of Estimating

Brad has worn many different hats during his 20+ years in the flooring industry with the last 15 as a senior-level Estimator.  This experience, along with his attention to detail, allows him to foresee, communicate and resolve problems before they arise.  Brad enjoys collaborating with coworkers and customers to try and make every project as mundane and predictable as possible.

Away from the office, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, obsessing over Oregon Ducks football and being a warm lap for his two cats.

Rick Morehouse IV

Account Manager

Rick brings with himself over 20 years of Flooring Experience including everything from sales to project management. His experience encompasses multiple industry segments; Multi-Family, Healthcare, retail and hospitality to name a few.  Rick is driven to improve the lives of those around him through a Team based Collaborative approach. He values providing Customer Focused innovative choices that deliver transformative results. 

When he isn’t talking flooring he loves his family time, with his wife, three dogs, & most importantly their two sons. Some of his interests include:  Spring & Summer cycling, Ducks/Hawks FB, March Madness, Rip City, smoked BBQ ribs, Korean cuisine, crabbing & beachcombing, astrophysics, Marvel, Bourne, F1, a delicious  IPA, & brewpubs. 

Sam Whitehall

 Account Manger

Sam joins the flooring industry with a 9-year background in manufacturing sales. Her solutions-focused approach and engaging, good nature makes her a great partner on projects. Raised in the Portland Metro area, she moved back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest not long after graduating from the University of Hawaii, where she ran track for the university (racing on a rainbow track) and was a master of school-life balance… textbooks followed by hitting the waves at the beach.

Outside of work you can find Sam and her esteemed sidekick, her floppy-eared cattle dog mix, on the trails, on the dunes at the Coast, or on a patio with an ice-cold beer.

Tiffany Elmore

Office Manager

Tiffany was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. Tiffany comes to us with a background in teaching and customer service and has been involved in the construction industry for over 18 years. Tiffany went to college to obtain her Early Childhood Education Degree, while working and raising her blended family of 5 children. She is a multi-tasking super star who loves learning new information and is always eager to help wherever she can.

Outside of the office Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and her animals. She has 2 dogs named Malcolm and Wickett, as well as a Siamese cat named Romeo who thinks he’s just another dog. Tiffany also loves exploring the great outdoors, reading, making art, and antiquing with her husband for Uranium glass.

Nicole Bellingham

Project Coordinator

Nicole has been working as a project coordinator for a decade in residential home improvement, and recently made the switch to the commercial flooring industry. After being born in New Jersey, she now calls the Pacific Northwest home after living here for 25 years.

When she isn't working, Nicole enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter, and their furry companions. She loves playing video and board games, reading fantasy and non-fiction, or building a good puzzle or Lego set.

Nam Vo

Project Manger

Nam is born and raised in the Hillsboro area and attended the University of Oregon before moving back to the PDX area. He is a flooring newcomer, but comes from a Project Coordinator role for a exterior renovation company and is joining CF&I as a Project Manager. Nam is technical and brings high detail to the position which will help him get up to speed in the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll find him at the disc golf course, running around an ultimate frisbee field, on the mountain snowboarding, or hanging out with his partner and their two pups – Django and Duckie.

Sherrie Wright

Project Manger

Sherrie is originally from England and after five years in Seattle made the move to Portland. She has since been working in construction.  After countless design and remodel projects, Sherrie decided to hang up her toolbelt. She brings her management and organizational skills to CF&I as a Project Manager.

 Outside of work Sherrie loves cooking Indian dishes, enjoying a cheeky cocktail outdoors, and spending time with her wife and children. She also loves anything LEGO or Marvel and can always be found watching a Football Match (soccer).

Jay Romano

Account Manager

Jay brings over 18 years of hands-on experience in the floor industry. Getting his start as an installer in Syracuse, New York. Over the course of his career, he has worked on projects across New York, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oregon — a journey that has given him a genuine, ground-level understanding of every project he touches. Having made the move to Portland with his fiancé, he's excited to begin his next chapter as an Account Manager at CF&I.

His technical knowledge and natural ability to connect with people make him a trusted partner from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
When he isn't working, you'll find Jay out on the trails with his four dogs, mountain biking, gaming, or editing videos and live streaming.
